"Viet Nam" b/w "Viet Nam" (instrumental)
    (Ace Records SW 144)

Brand new limited edition vinyl 7".

Originally issued as a promo-only 45 on Mira Records in early 1966, this DEADLY-sounding 45 saw Bobby backed by no less than original Love drummer Don Conca, plus John Beck, Jim Pons and Bill Rhinehart from The Leaves! Sadly, the 45 vanished without a trace. Far from radio friendly with its fearsome Bo Diddley beat, wailing harmonica and strong anti-war lyric, the track has gone on to become a much sought-after garage classic and is now almost impossible to find on 45 at any price. It made an appearance on 1967’s Mondo Hollywood soundtrack, the sort of record Quentin Tarantino might have in his collection!

This new 45 offers new stereo mixes taken straight from the original 3-track multitrack tape, sounding better than ever!

Brand new and unplayed, direct from the label!
